Hoping that your trip was pleasant and that you enjoyed your stay, we warmly welcome you and remind you that we are at your disposal! Below you will find some information that could be useful during your stay and some simple rules to follow for a correct and nice stay.
Dear guests, we thank you for choosing our house for your stay!
Below we provide you with some simple instructions:
- Parking spaces: you have two parking spaces available on the road after the white entrance gate

- VERANDA (LIGHTS, CURTAINS and DOORS)
- First of all, make sure that the switch that supplies electricity to the veranda is on (it is the central button located on the kitchen wall labeled “veranda”);

• The white remote control controls the porch lights: with the bottom central button you select different programs (each program allows you to control the 3 rows of LEDs individually or in combination ALWAYS leave THE FIRST PROGRAM as in the photo below which controls the 3 rows of LEDs simultaneously so it will be easier and faster to turn the lights on and off), while the different buttons control the different light intensities (from top to bottom the light will be more intense until it turns off).

• The gray remote control controls the awnings of the veranda: with the bottom central MY button select different programs (each program allows you to control the 2 awnings individually or combined à ALWAYS leave PROGRAM NUMBER 1 as in the photo below which controls the 2 awnings simultaneously so it will be easier), while with the arrow buttons they raise or lower.

Every evening and especially at the end of your stay ALWAYS make sure that the lights are turned off and the curtains are closed as strong winds could damage them.
• The opening mechanism of the veranda doors is delicate so we kindly ask you to only use the two doors on the sides of the house and we recommend leaving them ajar without having to lock them.
To open, move the handle to the upward position, pull the door towards you. Once the door is released, move the handle to the HORIZONTAL position and only then slide the door. To close, initially move the handle to the horizontal position, gently accompany the door along the guides, once you have reached the end of the stroke, push the door making sure that the lower part is closed/entered completely before closing the handle by turning the lever downwards
If iin trying to bring the handle down to lock the door you should encounter existence it means that the door is not closed properly, especially in the lower part
Please it is important not to force the closing mechanism

3. GARDEN LIGHTS: The garden light switch is located on the kitchen wall, next to the one on the veranda.

4. POOL AREA
• Umbrellas can always be left open. Please close them if there is a strong wind.
• It is forbidden to bring glasses and sharp objects into the pool area
- We remind you that SMOKING IS PROHIBITED INSIDE THE HOUSE.
- It is possible to hang out the laundry in the meadow behind the house, there are lines between the pine trees.

- Garbage bags are located next to the refrigerator. The calendar and instructions for door-to-door collection will be provided by the agency. Leave the garbage outside the white gate, on the edge of the asphalt road on the correct day.

Regulation
Our penalties

Kitchenette: we kindly ask you to leave the kitchenette clean and tidy, otherwise we will apply a penalty of 30,00 € which will be retained from the security deposit.
Waste: we kindly ask you to differentiate and throw away all waste daily according to the calendar provided to you, if there are any leftovers we ask you to dispose of them at the collection points of the Esa company (you will be provided with the calendar with the locations); otherwise we will apply a penalty of 50,00 € that will be retained from the security deposit.
Property cleaning: if any problems are found with the cleaning of the property, it is mandatory to report it immediately upon delivery of the property, we will take care of sending the cleaner again, we will not be able to reimburse cleaning reported on the day of check-out, or in the days following the day of arrival.
Keys: at check-in a set of keys will be given to customers, in case they are damaged or lost we will apply a penalty of between 50,00 and 100,00 € (depending on the type of key or lock) which will be retained from the security deposit.
The perfect guest..

- Throws away your rubbish yourself following the recycling calendar (which you can find on the following pages) and do not throw any type of waste into the toilet.
- Remembers that check-out is at 09:00.
- Upon departure, leave the furniture arrangement unchanged and return the property (including the kitchenette) reasonably tidy.
- Remembers that you have a maximum of 24 hours to submit any complaints.
- Respects silence during the night hours and early afternoon.
- Takes care of the residence and the objects.
- When he goes out, he remembers to turn off the lights, TV and air conditioning.
- Any awnings or umbrellas must be closed at check-out, even if it is windy during your stay.

- It is preferable to use running water only for personal hygiene and for cooking, because, although it is drinkable, its taste is not pleasant.
