We warmly welcome you to our hotel I due Mondi Rooms. Thank you for choosing to stay with us, we hope to make your stay unforgettable and as comfortable as possible.


We are located in Piazza della Repubblica 4 in Portoferraio. If you arrive by car, you can park in Piazza della Repubblica (for a fee, but at a not excessive cost). From 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. parking is free, if you leave after 8:00 a.m. keep your exit ticket.

Our penalties

Kitchenette: we kindly ask you to leave the kitchenette clean and tidy, otherwise we will apply a penalty of 30,00 € which will be retained from the security deposit.

Waste: we kindly ask you to differentiate and throw away all waste daily according to the calendar provided to you, if there are any leftovers we ask you to dispose of them at the collection points of the Esa company (you will be provided with the calendar with the locations); otherwise we will apply a penalty of 50,00 € that will be retained from the security deposit.

Property cleaning: if any problems are found with the cleaning of the property, it is mandatory to report it immediately upon delivery of the property, we will take care of sending the cleaner again, we will not be able to reimburse cleaning reported on the day of check-out, or in the days following the day of arrival.

Keys: at check-in a set of keys will be given to customers, in case they are damaged or lost we will apply a penalty of between 50,00 and 100,00 € (depending on the type of key or lock) which will be retained from the security deposit.

The perfect guest..

  1. Throws away your rubbish yourself following the recycling calendar (which you can find on the following pages) and do not throw any type of waste into the toilet.
  2. Remembers that check-out is at 09:00.
  3. Upon departure, leave the furniture arrangement unchanged and return the property (including the kitchenette) reasonably tidy.
  4. Remembers that you have a maximum of 24 hours to submit any complaints.
  5. Respects silence during the night hours and early afternoon.
  6. Takes care of the residence and the objects.
  7. When he goes out, he remembers to turn off the lights, TV and air conditioning.
  8. Any awnings or umbrellas must be closed at check-out, even if it is windy during your stay.
