Hoping that your trip was pleasant and that you enjoyed your stay, we warmly welcome you and remind you that we are at your disposal! Below you will find some information that could be useful during your stay and some simple rules to follow for a correct and nice stay.
The key box at the entrance is the one called DX and opens with code 4040. Just line up
the numbers and pull down the black lever, it is manual. The parking spaces in front of the
facade, in a row (not the blue lines, they aren’t free) are the free condominium ones. If you
can’t find a place, you can try parking in Piazza Giuseppe Pietri where you can also find a
convenient supermarket.
- Since it is an armoured door, when the key has turned fully and the door is released, the
door must be pulled slightly towards the chest and then pushed forward. - The wifi only works in the living room, the signal is from the apartment next door, the
password is dimoramascagni

- The utilities are connected. The hot water is generated by the condominium boiler. Since it
is generated by photovoltaic panels, it is colder in the morning. If the electricity needs to be
turned on, the circuit breaker is when you enter the apartment. If the general switch should
blow (if you have to use the hair dryer, do not use the induction hob or the oven), the
general switch is at the entrance, behind the elevator in the white wall cabinet. You can
recognize yours because it will have a little red light, it is in excess power, just pull it up - Do not move the fridge temperature below 2 or above 4, the right temperature is 3. If you
find the fridge turned off (it is normally plugged in, before going shopping leave it on for 6/7
hours otherwise filling it before refrigeration will overload it). - Smoking is prohibited inside the house.
- We recommend that you do not close the door with the key attached (the knob is outside,
it cannot be opened from the outside without the key). You can turn the pin inside the door
to insert the lock. - Do you have recycling bins at home? It should be put out on the street every day following
the calendar. Glass and Organic with the bin, otherwise a well-closed bag is enough. - We ask you not to shower with your legs full of sand or algae.
Drains clog easily. If they clog, it is forbidden to unclog them yourself, but we ask you to
notify our assistance for prompt intervention.
If you read an alarm signal on the thermostat display is normal, dehumidification system is
off.
We remind you that induction works by contact. The pans must always be very dry,
otherwise they will burn, and placed delicately. The temperature must not be too high if you
do not supervise the plates, because it heats up much faster than the normal time of gas. If
it blocks, and the numbers flash or a sort of E appears, either you have overheated the
plates and they need to be cooled, or you have mistakenly pressed the button with the key,
which must be held down for at least 5/6 seconds. If neither of these attempts works, you
could reset the induction hob by disconnecting the power for 20 seconds, and reconnecting
it.

Regulation
Our penalties

Kitchenette: we kindly ask you to leave the kitchenette clean and tidy, otherwise we will apply a penalty of 30,00 € which will be retained from the security deposit.
Waste: we kindly ask you to differentiate and throw away all waste daily according to the calendar provided to you, if there are any leftovers we ask you to dispose of them at the collection points of the Esa company (you will be provided with the calendar with the locations); otherwise we will apply a penalty of 50,00 € that will be retained from the security deposit.
Property cleaning: if any problems are found with the cleaning of the property, it is mandatory to report it immediately upon delivery of the property, we will take care of sending the cleaner again, we will not be able to reimburse cleaning reported on the day of check-out, or in the days following the day of arrival.
Keys: at check-in a set of keys will be given to customers, in case they are damaged or lost we will apply a penalty of between 50,00 and 100,00 € (depending on the type of key or lock) which will be retained from the security deposit.
The perfect guest..

- Throws away your rubbish yourself following the recycling calendar (which you can find on the following pages) and do not throw any type of waste into the toilet.
- Remembers that check-out is at 09:00.
- Upon departure, leave the furniture arrangement unchanged and return the property (including the kitchenette) reasonably tidy.
- Remembers that you have a maximum of 24 hours to submit any complaints.
- Respects silence during the night hours and early afternoon.
- Takes care of the residence and the objects.
- When he goes out, he remembers to turn off the lights, TV and air conditioning.
- Any awnings or umbrellas must be closed at check-out, even if it is windy during your stay.
