Hoping that your trip was pleasant and that you enjoyed your stay, we warmly welcome you and remind you that we are at your disposal! Below you will find some information that could be useful during your stay and some simple rules to follow for a correct and nice stay.

Normally the utilities are connected. The hot water is generated by the boiler (in the
bathroom behind the door you have a button that must be set to I). If the electricity needs
to be connected, the circuit breaker is behind the door. If the general should go off,
please if you have to cook or use the hair dryer, turn off the air conditioning, it is outside

the kitchen before the peninsula you have the washing machine.

We advise you not to close the door with the key attached (there is a knob on the
outside, it won’t open from the outside without a key). You can turn the pin inside the door
to insert the lock. If you forget the key attached when you leave, it is an expensive repair
and there is no guarantee that it will be resolved in one day (it has already happened).
You have the recycling bins at home. It should be displayed, parking side in the first
wooden house you find when exiting on the right. With the golden key you open it. It
should be displayed daily following the calendar, not all at once on the day of check-out
to avoid accumulation.
We ask you not to shower with your legs full of sand or algae. The drains clog easily. If
they clog, it is forbidden to proceed with the unblocking independently, but we ask you to
notify our assistance for prompt intervention.
The coffee machine pods are Nespresso or Nespresso compatible. The oven must be
used with baking paper, and left clean after each use like the rest of the kitchenette. To
use the moka, you have the plate to adapt it to the hob.
We remind you that induction works by contact. The pans must always be very dry,
otherwise it will burn, and placed delicately. The temperature must not be too high if you
do not supervise the plates, because it heats much faster than the normal time of gas. If it
blocks, and the numbers flash or a sort of E appears, either you have overheated the
plates and must be cooled, or you have mistakenly pressed the button with the key, which
must be held down for at least 5/6 seconds. If neither of the two attempts works, you
could reset the plate, by disconnecting the power for 20 seconds, and reconnecting it.

Our penalties

Kitchenette: we kindly ask you to leave the kitchenette clean and tidy, otherwise we will apply a penalty of 30,00 € which will be retained from the security deposit.

Waste: we kindly ask you to differentiate and throw away all waste daily according to the calendar provided to you, if there are any leftovers we ask you to dispose of them at the collection points of the Esa company (you will be provided with the calendar with the locations); otherwise we will apply a penalty of 50,00 € that will be retained from the security deposit.

Property cleaning: if any problems are found with the cleaning of the property, it is mandatory to report it immediately upon delivery of the property, we will take care of sending the cleaner again, we will not be able to reimburse cleaning reported on the day of check-out, or in the days following the day of arrival.

Keys: at check-in a set of keys will be given to customers, in case they are damaged or lost we will apply a penalty of between 50,00 and 100,00 € (depending on the type of key or lock) which will be retained from the security deposit.

The perfect guest..

1. Throws away your rubbish yourself following the recycling calendar (which you can find on the following pages) and do not throw any type of waste into the toilet.
2. Remembers that check-out is at 09:00.
3. Upon departure, leave the furniture arrangement unchanged and return the property (including the kitchenette) reasonably tidy.
4. Remembers that you have a maximum of 24 hours to submit any complaints.
5. Respects silence during the night hours and early afternoon.
6. Takes care of the residence and the objects.
7. When he goes out, he remembers to turn off the lights, TV and air conditioning.
8. Any awnings or umbrellas must be closed at check-out, even if it is windy during your stay.

2. It is preferable to use running water only for personal hygiene and for cooking, because, although it is drinkable, its taste is not pleasant.
