Hoping that your trip was pleasant and that you enjoyed your stay, we warmly welcome you and remind you that we are at your disposal! Below you will find some information that could be useful during your stay and some simple rules to follow for a correct and nice stay.

- Useful information
- Normally the utilities are connected. The hot water is generated by the boiler (it is located in the external cabinet, if it does not work, it probably needs to be reset). If the electricity needs to be connected, the circuit breaker is at the entrance. If the general should go out, (if you have to cook or use the hair dryer, turn off the air conditioners), it is outside by going down the first flight of stairs just around the corner in the wall.
- It is forbidden to use the air conditioners with the windows open. Or smoke inside the rooms.
• Do not move the temperature of the refrigerator below 2 or above 4, the right temperature is 3. If you find the refrigerator turned off (normally it is connected, before shopping leave it on for 6/7 hours otherwise filling it before refrigeration will overload).
• If you leave the house, please turn off the air conditioners.
• You have recycling bins in the house. It must be displayed at the entrance following the calendar. It should be displayed daily according to the calendar, not all at once on the day of check-out to avoid accumulations.
• We ask you not to shower with legs full of sand or algae. The drains clog easily. If they clog, it is forbidden to proceed with the unblocking independently, but we ask you to notify our assistance for prompt intervention.
• We remind you that induction works by contact. The pans must always be very dry, otherwise it burns, and placed delicately. The temperature must not be too high if you do not supervise the plates, because it heats much faster than the normal time of gas. If it blocks, and the numbers flash or a sort of E comes out, either you have overheated the plates and they need to be cooled, or you have mistakenly pressed the button with the key, which must be held down for at least 5/6 seconds. If neither attempt works, you could reset the plate by disconnecting the power for 20 seconds, and reconnecting it.
• The dishwasher, if used, must be purchased with salt and special soap.
• The wifi password is the original one behind the modem, more easily, with mobile devices you can scan the QR code with the camera.
• Make sure you have always stopped the shutters well in the stops, if too much wind rises, please close them because even stopped they are dangerous.

Regulation
Our penalties

Kitchenette: we kindly ask you to leave the kitchenette clean and tidy, otherwise we will apply a penalty of 30,00 € which will be retained from the security deposit.
Waste: we kindly ask you to differentiate and throw away all waste daily according to the calendar provided to you, if there are any leftovers we ask you to dispose of them at the collection points of the Esa company (you will be provided with the calendar with the locations); otherwise we will apply a penalty of 50,00 € that will be retained from the security deposit.
Property cleaning: if any problems are found with the cleaning of the property, it is mandatory to report it immediately upon delivery of the property, we will take care of sending the cleaner again, we will not be able to reimburse cleaning reported on the day of check-out, or in the days following the day of arrival.
Keys: at check-in a set of keys will be given to customers, in case they are damaged or lost we will apply a penalty of between 50,00 and 100,00 € (depending on the type of key or lock) which will be retained from the security deposit.
The perfect guest..

- Throws away your rubbish yourself following the recycling calendar (which you can find on the following pages) and do not throw any type of waste into the toilet.
- Remembers that check-out is at 09:00.
- Upon departure, leave the furniture arrangement unchanged and return the property (including the kitchenette) reasonably tidy.
- Remembers that you have a maximum of 24 hours to submit any complaints.
- Respects silence during the night hours and early afternoon.
- Takes care of the residence and the objects.
- When he goes out, he remembers to turn off the lights, TV and air conditioning.
- Any awnings or umbrellas must be closed at check-out, even if it is windy during your stay.
